Songbirds were discussed in full in the Grand Committee of the House of Lords today

The Earl of Caithness presented an excellent overview of the situation birds find themselves in and various Lords added their own input before the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Lord Gardiner of Kimble) responded.
