About the artist
Renowned for her distinctive oil paintings, Sherree Valentine Daines is widely regarded as the 'the face of modern British impressionism'.

Her exceptional portraiture has immortalised a diverse array of notable figures, spanning celebrities, former prime ministers and Royal Family members.

Beyond her captivating portraits, Valentine-Daines' work brilliantly depicts quintessential British social gatherings such as Royal Ascot and the Henley Regatta, whilst also rendering poignant childhood scenes with remarkable sensitivity and charm.

Over the years, she has captured several gardens at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, such as The Bowel Research UK edible meadow and The Royal Entomology Society’s insect and biodiversity garden, with her paintings raising thousands in valuable funds for these causes.

About the artist
Acclaimed artist and garden designer Jeni Cairns draws inspiration from the natural landscapes of her rural Cambridgeshire home, where she has spent most of her life immersed in the surrounding beauty.

Her diverse artistic practice encompasses metalwork, painting, collage, sculpture, drawing, garden design and planting – demonstrating her exceptional versatility across multiple disciplines and mediums.

Cairns is the artist responsible for creating the six oil drum sculptures that help to form the bird house shelter in the SongBird Survival Garden.

Her distinctive works skilfully balance technical precision with organic forms, creating pieces that captivate viewers whilst drawing attention to the delicate relationship between human creativity and environmental stewardship.
