Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Do you have excellent communication and administrative skills? If so, we are looking for a Fundraising & Supporter Care Assistant to join our team at our Supporter Care Office, in Diss, Norfolk.

As Fundraising & Supporter Care Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all supporters who contact us by phone, email or post. You will provide a high level of service and support, ensuring that every supporter feels valued and appreciated. You will also be responsible for administering day-to-day supporter and member activity, including banking, thanking and recording using our Donorfy database.

You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of fundraising activity and campaigns, building relationships and developing new initiatives. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who is proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week as part of a full-time job share (hours are negotiable to an extent but must include Thursday and Friday 9am-4pm)

‍We offer a salary of £10.42- £12.82 per hour depending upon experience
