We are currently recruiting for a Short-term freelance researcher for SongBird Survival website content
Join us this summer as a freelance researcher for SongBird Survival! We'reseeking a talented and passionate individual to develop captivating websitecontent for our A-Z of songbird species project. This flexible position is ideal for agraduate student and offers up to 20 day's work across July and August. You canwork remotely and will be paid a daily rate of £105 to provide content using astandardized template
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Subject Knowledge: A strong background in conservation or a relevant field tocreate engaging content about songbirds' challenges. Ideally an UK uppersecond (2:1) undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences, Zoology,Conservation Biology, or a related discipline.
Analytical Skills: Able to review scientific literature and distil complex information into facts for a general audience.
Literature Review: Experience in reading, reviewing, and referencing scientific literature to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Ornithology Knowledge: Prior knowledge or interest in ornithology is advantageous to bring authenticity to the website content.
Attention to Detail and Time Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency while managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
